Created virtually in collaboration with composer Adrienne Cohenne, Stardust was inspired by collages and the process of cutting, piecing, and layering parts together. Our process was a back and forth process, where I made a collage to inspire Adrienne’s music and she made a piece for me to inspire my movement and setting. With the same footage we explored our own ways of editing film and finding out narrative. In this version, themes of space and inspiration from readings on dream yoga emerge in this work.
